Our Solicitor Pass Promise is for students wanting to study either the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) or MA Law (SQE1) starting in September 2026.

The Solicitor Pass Promise is available to students studying both online and on-campus (LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) or MA Law (SQE1) starting in September 2026).

You’ll need to re-sit SQE1 within one year of your first designated SQE1 sitting. For example, if you first sit SQE1 in January 2027, you must re-sit SQE1 by no later than the January 2028 sitting.
